Recent Testing by industry leading magazines have all come to the same conclusion. When comparing a digital image captured with a Phase One digital camera system to an image scanned to the same file size from 4 X 5 film, the digital image capture is clearly better. It is cleaner, does not contain film grain, has more exact colors, and has a better dynamic range.

Large Format Scanning:

In studio scanning ( Total image size is not to exceed 36" x 48") $125.00
Images larger than 36" x 48" are charged at $185.00/hr. (Minimum charge 1hr)
On Location Scanning: $225.00/hr. portal to portal.

Flatbed Scanning:

Maximum size is 11" x 17", $12.00 for first scan, $5.00 for each additional scan.

Gang Scanning:

Images of the same thickness may be gang scanned to save on the cost providing ppi requirements are the same per image
An additional charge of $85.00/hr will be applied if gang scans are selected into seperated files.

Terms and Conditions:

Prints must be removed from frames.
Scans are RGB tiff. files
All scans are saved to a C.D at a cost of $10.00
Normal turnaround is 4 business days, 2 days 50% rush charge, 1 day 100% rush charge.
